The local business fabric
Antwerp lives on transit: the port, the chemical cluster on the right bank, and the hundreds of freight forwarders, customs agents and hauliers orbiting them. That produces very specific digital needs — hooks into customs software, file tracking, client portals where a shipper can check the status of a consignment without picking up the phone. Alongside it, the diamond district around Centraal Station still trades on trust and discretion: there, a website has to project credibility rather than sell. And then there is the younger Antwerp — fashion and creative studios in het Zuid, service and tech firms on the Eilandje, in Nieuw Zuid and at Blue Gate Antwerp. Three worlds, three kinds of client, three kinds of project.
