Where we work

Web Agency and IT Development in Brussels

Espero-Soft has been based in Brussels since 2021, on Rue de la Colonne in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. We build websites, mobile apps and business software for companies across the 19 municipalities.

Our offices: Brussels (Molenbeek-Saint-Jean) and Lille. We travel to you for scoping and key project milestones.

The local business fabric

Brussels holds the densest business fabric in the country: European institutions, trade federations, banks and consulting firms all sit within a few square kilometres. That density brings a specific demand — a Brussels website usually has to speak French, Dutch and English from day one, because the client, the supplier and the employee rarely share one language. The city is also home to a very broad layer of small businesses, freelancers and shops, from the Canal Zone out to the Woluwes, whose needs look nothing like an institution's. We work with both.

How we work here

Being based in Brussels changes how we work: we can come to you, scope the project around a table instead of over a video call, and come back when it matters. Our Brussels projects almost always start with an on-site scoping workshop, free and with no strings attached. We then deliver in stages, with something visible online within the first few weeks. Our team answers in French, Dutch and English — which matters when your site has to be trilingual and someone needs to proofread all three versions.

Frequently asked questions

Where exactly are you in Brussels?

Rue de la Colonne 1A, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean (1080), a few minutes from Brussels-North station and the Canal Zone. We meet by appointment and travel anywhere in the 19 municipalities at no charge.

Can you build a trilingual French, Dutch and English website?

Yes, and it is the default for most of our Brussels clients. The site is built with all three languages from the start, with correct hreflang tags and an admin area that lets you manage the three versions without calling us back.

What does a website cost for a Brussels SME?

Our plans start at €29/month all-in for a showcase site (build, hosting, domain name, maintenance) and €59/month for a site with a blog, advanced SEO and multiple languages — both on a 24-month commitment. Custom projects now carry an entry price as well: from €99/month over 12 months, or from €79/month with a 24-month commitment. The quote, free and delivered within 24 hours, then settles the exact figure above that floor.
