At the end of the initial commitment, we offer to renew your service for a new period paid in advance. The terms and notice period are clearly stated in your contract.
Your domain name, copy, images and data belong to you. Espero-Soft retains ownership of the technical solution and operates it throughout the subscription. A separate source-code transfer can be offered.
No. No setup fee, no extra charge for hosting or maintenance. Only requests outside the plan (online store, copywriting, photo shoot) are quoted separately, and never started without your approval.
Expect 2 to 4 weeks for a Showcase or Advanced plan, once we have your content. Custom projects are scheduled together during the quote.
Yes, you can move from Showcase to Advanced at any time: the difference is simply prorated on your next invoice.
The service is paid upfront by bank transfer or online payment. Choose semi-annual billing with a 12-month commitment, or annual billing with a 24-month commitment. Monthly payment is not available: the monthly price is an equivalent used to compare plans.
All prices exclude VAT. The semi-annual or annual amount is invoiced before each period begins; the monthly price shown is an equivalent only. Semi-annual billing carries a 12-month commitment and annual billing a 24-month commitment.
