Where we work

Web Agency and IT Development in Brussels-Capital

Brussels-Capital is not strictly a province: the Region and its 19 municipalities take that role in Belgium's administrative structure. It is also the only area where Espero-Soft genuinely has an office, at Rue de la Colonne 1A in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean.

Our offices: Brussels (Molenbeek-Saint-Jean) and Lille. We travel to you for scoping and key project milestones.

The local business fabric

Across 162 square kilometres, the Brussels-Capital Region gathers the European institutions, NATO, several hundred federations and interest representations, and most of the Belgian headquarters of banks, insurers and consultancies. The economy is almost entirely service-based, and multilingualism here is a daily reality rather than a marketing line: the client speaks French, the supplier Dutch, the employee English. That setup bears directly on Brussels websites, which have to live in three languages without one visibly becoming the poor relation of the other two. Beneath the institutional layer, the 19 municipalities form an extremely dense retail and trades fabric — restaurants, practices, garages, shops, sole traders — with far simpler needs and tighter budgets. We serve both audiences, and the 19 municipalities are the only Belgian territory where we travel at no charge.

How we work here

Brussels is our base: Espero-Soft was founded here in 2021 and our office is at Rue de la Colonne 1A in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, minutes from Brussels-North station and the Canal Zone. In practice that means we come to you, the first scoping workshop happens around a table and costs nothing, and we come back when the situation calls for it — a privilege we offer nowhere else in the country. We treat trilingualism as an architectural constraint decided before the first screen: per-language URLs, correct hreflang, and a back office that lets you manage all three versions without calling us. Our plans are the same as everywhere else — €49/month for an all-in showcase site (€29/month if you commit for twenty-four months), €79/month with blog, SEO and multilingual content (€59/month over twenty-four months), and custom work from €99/month, or from €79/month on a twenty-four-month contract — but the support here is physical: the free 24-hour quote is one we usually come and talk through at your own table.

Frequently asked questions

Is Brussels-Capital a province?

No, and it is worth stating plainly: since the 1995 reform, the Brussels-Capital Region belongs to no province. Its 19 municipalities take that role in the administrative structure, which is why it appears alongside Belgium's ten provinces in our coverage pages.

Does the site really need three languages?

In Brussels it is almost always the right commercial call. A French-only site gives up part of the Dutch-speaking market and much of the international audience, which is large here. So we build multilingual from the start — adding it later invariably costs more than planning for it.

Do you travel across the 19 municipalities?

Yes, free of charge. Our office is at Rue de la Colonne 1A, Molenbeek-Saint-Jean (1080): this is the only Belgian territory where we bill no travel, from Anderlecht to Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. Elsewhere in Belgium we travel for scoping and key milestones — here, we are simply neighbours.
