About the role
As a Full-Stack Developer at Espero-Soft, you will be at the heart of our technical team. You will participate in the design, development and deployment of innovative web applications for our Belgian and international clients.
Your missions
- Design and develop complete web applications (front-end and back-end)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement modern and performant interfaces
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality
- Optimize performance of existing applications
- Set up CI/CD pipelines and automated tests
- Contribute to technical choices and project architecture
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in React and Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
- Strong skills in Node.js and Express
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
- Knowledge of TypeScript and development best practices
- Familiarity with Git, Docker and DevOps tools
- Ability to work in a team and good communication
