What happens when the commitment ends?
At the end of the initial commitment, we offer to renew your service for a new period paid in advance. The terms and notice period are clearly stated in your contract.
Who owns the website?
Your domain name, copy, images and data belong to you. Espero-Soft retains ownership of the technical solution and operates it throughout the subscription. A separate source-code transfer can be offered.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. No setup fee, no extra charge for hosting or maintenance. Only requests outside the plan (online store, copywriting, photo shoot) are quoted separately, and never started without your approval.
How long until my site goes live?
Expect 2 to 4 weeks for a Showcase or Advanced plan, once we have your content. Custom projects are scheduled together during the quote.
