Where we work

Web Agency and IT Development in West Flanders

Espero-Soft builds websites, online shops and business software for West Flemish companies, from the textile firms around Kortrijk to hospitality on the coast. In Dutch, with travel from Brussels for the key moments.

Our offices: Brussels (Molenbeek-Saint-Jean) and Lille. We travel to you for scoping and key project milestones.

The local business fabric

West Flanders is at once the most entrepreneurial and the most varied province in Flanders. Around Kortrijk and the Leie valley sits the textile legacy, now recast as technical textiles, floor coverings and interior design, with a strong design instinct. In the Roeselare-Izegem-Waregem triangle lies one of Europe's strongest food clusters: frozen vegetables, potato processing, meat, bakery ingredients — companies shipping worldwide from a village. Along the coast the economy runs on tourism, hospitality and holiday rentals, with a year's revenue earned in a few months. And in Ostend and Zeebrugge, offshore wind has become an industry in its own right, with installation, maintenance and supply firms clustered around the ports. Four economies, four digital needs: an export site, a B2B portal, a booking system, a technical client platform.

How we work here

Up front: Espero-Soft has no office in West Flanders. We work from Brussels and Lille — and the Lille office actually helps here, since Kortrijk and the Westhoek are close by. We travel out for the first meeting, the scoping workshop and the pre-launch demo, and in between work remotely with one point of contact, a shared plan and a weekly check-in. For an exporting food or textile company we usually start with a multilingual site — Dutch, French, English — because it sells directly. For hospitality and holiday lets, everything hinges on direct booking without paying platform commission. For offshore firms it is more often a client portal or an internal planning tool.

Frequently asked questions

We export food products to France and the UK. Can you build a multilingual site?

Yes, that is exactly what the advanced plan is for: €79/month, or €59/month on a twenty-four-month commitment, covering multilingual content, advanced SEO, a blog and a self-service admin. We build Dutch, French and English side by side with correct hreflang tags so a French or British buyer actually finds you. Our team works in all three languages.

We rent out holiday homes on the coast. Can we have our own booking system?

Yes. A booking module of your own — calendar, payment, confirmation emails — reduces your dependence on booking platforms and their commission. It falls outside the standard plans and counts as custom work, priced from €99/month, or from €79/month if you commit for twenty-four months. We look at your seasonal logic, and the free quote sent within 24 hours sets the exact price of your module.

Do you have a branch in Kortrijk or Bruges?

No. Our two offices are Brussels (Rue de la Colonne 1A, 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean) and Lille, France — the latter close to the Leie region. We do not invent a local address: we travel for the important meetings and run the rest remotely, in a structured way.
